Born 1979 in Munich, Jakob Suess is now based in Hamburg working as a DoP. His studies of audiovisual media in Stuttgart were refined at the Hamburg Media School's master class in cinematography. Michael Ballhaus, Wedigo von Schultzendorff, Hagen Bogdanski, Michael Seresin and many more shared their experience, philosophy and knowledge. Since his graduation in 2010, Jakob enjoys shooting commercials, music videos, corporate films and fashion films - with a soft spot for feature films!
